Amalfi Coast memory

I just came across some old photos of the summer I spent in Italy, and felt inspired to draw this:
I really miss living in Italy.

Lauren, I can see why you miss living in Italy! What a wonderful drawing. Even with all the tiny details, there is so much liveliness in your drawing. How long does it take you to do something like this -- every window, every brick?

Thank you Elizabeth :)

Julia, your Silke is hanging on my wall as well--her coat matches my pale blue walls perfectly!

Congrats on all your successes! This image allows the viewer to feel your fondness of Italy, while also bringing them there. I studied abroad in Spain, and know the feeling.

I've never been to Italy, but just looking at these drawings makes me want to buy a plane ticket! :-)

Hi Lauren! I own Lucky Luxe (www.lucky-luxe.com), a wedding stationery shop, and I have a sort of strange question about your gorgeous illustration of Amalfi. Could you shoot me an email at your very earliest convenience to erin{at}lucky-luxe.com? I'm working on a project and would like to use your artwork if possible. :) Thanks so much, sugar!
