UK artist and blogger, Jane Heinrichs, was kind enough to have me over this morning for an interview on her blog. Drop by and take a look if you like! Thank you for having me, Jane!
OOh by the way, I will be at the Brooklyn book festival next weekend! If you are around I would love for us to meet up. If you are interested in coming let me know.
Shirley, an acetone transfer is done by photocopying a drawing, then placing that photocopy face-down on top of your paper of choice (I like stonehenge). Next you rub acetone solvent on the back of your face-down photocopy. Then, voila! The toner from the photocopy is transferred on to the nice sheet of paper. The result looks something like a woodblock print...the cheaters version :)
Hey Girly, I will be at the park ave borders on the 22 of sept. Tori Spelling is doing a book signing for Talluah! I would love to meet you Lauren. Let me know what your schedule is like. Hugs V
